With a background in Industrial and Systems Engineering, I am passionate about building systems that leverage the unique strengths of both humans and machines in order to provide the best possible product experience & operational efficiency.

In my current role, I am leading a team of Data Scientists at American Family Insurance. Our team works across the enterprise on business critical initiatives involving Predictive Modeling, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Experimental Design and Data Accessibility & Governance.

Previously, I was a Product Manager in the Digital Transformation Office at American Family Insurance where I was focused on modernizing Sales and Marketing operations through data-inspired product development. Specifically, my team was working to develop a lead processing service designed to drive personalized customer journeys through the use of machine learning and automated decision making.
